Chiquita Chicken
Chiquita Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. chicken broth and 12 corn tortillas, cut in 1-inch strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in oil.
Add soups.
Stir until smooth.
Add milk and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add chicken broth and chilies.
Place a layer of tortilla strips on the bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour some sauce on that and add a layer of chicken.
Repeat, ending with sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
