Chioppino
Chioppino is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 bunch parsley, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 3/4 jar chopped garlic, 1 lb. butter and 3 cans tomato sauce (large), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mince onion. Take
2 cubes of butter and cover the bottom of pan with olive oil.
Saute.
Add mushrooms, clam pieces and parsley. Saute. Add tomato sauce and large wine.
Simmer.
Can be 20 minutes or 4 hours.
About 5 minutes before you serve, add fish.
Five minutes before serving, add shrimp, small wine and 2 cubes butter.
