Chinese Rice
Chinese Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) box instant rice, 1/2 lb. chopped ham, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 1 can bean sprouts and 1 bunch green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook rice and set aside.
Chop vegetables and ham, then stir-fry in skillet or wok.
Scramble eggs and add to vegetables and stir.
