Chinese Rice
Chinese Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 1 c. rice, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. celery, chopped and 4 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat oil in heavy skillet.
Add rice and stir until golden. Add onions, green pepper and celery.
When vegetables are limp, add soy sauce.
Add chicken stock and nuts.
Cover and cook until rice is fluffy and the moisture is absorbed or this can be baked in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
This freezes well.
Serves 4.
