Chinese Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. uncooked rice, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 chicken bouillon cube, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rice in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
