Chinese Pot Pie
Chinese Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, sliced thin, 1 can corn, 6 or 8 potatoes or more depending on how much you want and 3 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put in layers in casserole dish potatoes, beef, onion and corn.
After each layer add salt and pepper to taste and a little flour for thickening.
After casserole is filled, pour beef bouillon over top.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or longer, depending on your oven.
