Chinese Lobster Sauce
Chinese Lobster Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburg, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown hamburg; drain off fat.
Add beaten eggs and stir well. Add garlic powder and sugar.
Mix together soy sauce, Gravy Master and cornstarch with small amount cold water to a paste.
Add to hamburg and mix well.
Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered.
