Chinese Hamburg
Chinese Hamburg is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 4 stalks celery, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions, celery and pepper.
Add hamburger meat and brown, draining off fat.
Add undiluted soup, vegetables, and if desired, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) and garlic salt.
Heat thoroughly and serve over rice, thinning with a little water or sherry, if necessary.
