Chinese Food is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion and celery, 1 can mushrooms (save juice), 2 c. cut up cooked turkey and 1 bouillon cube, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute in oil the onion, celery and mushrooms.
Add turkey, bouillon cube and juice of mushrooms, plus water to make 1/2 cup. Mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce and water; stir into mixture until thick.
Add bean sprouts.
Put over rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.
Can use beef or pork instead of turkey.
