Chinese Crunch Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head nappa cabbage, 5 to 6 green onions, chopped, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 pkg. ramen noodles and 1/2 small bottle sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice cabbage very thin and toss with onions.
Melt butter. Crush Ramen noodles.
Add noodles, sesame seed and almonds to melted butter.
Brown, then cool.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss all ingredients together.
