Chinese Chicken
Chinese Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. onion, 1 c. celery, cut up, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 can mushroom soup and 1/3 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion, celery and oleo.
Add soup, broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper and chestnuts.
Add chicken.
Put in casserole. Sprinkle with noodles and cashews over top of casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
