China Town Chops
China Town Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 pork chops, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1 box fried rice-a-roni and 2 c. water (hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large skillet, brown pork chops, then set aside.
Brown rice with butter.
Stir in 2 cups hot water and mushrooms.
Add contents of vegetable sauce envelope.
Place chops on top of rice in skillet.
Sprinkle with soy sauce.
Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
