Chimachanga
Chimachanga is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. diced roast beef, small can green chilies, small onion, chopped, . cumin and garlic to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put ingredients in pan with just enough water to cover and simmer until onions are done.
