Chilled Fruit in Cream
Chilled Fruit In Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail in light sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can chunky mixed fruit in extra light syrup, 2 (16 oz.) cans bartlett pear halves in extra light syrup, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (no sugar) and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments in light sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all canned fruit in a bowl.
Set aside.
Mix both cans of milk with hand mixer for 5 minutes.
Pour milk in with fruit. Stir lightly with spoon and chill.
When iced, take out and stir. Put back in freezer to chill overnight.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
