Chilies Rellenos
Chilies Rellenos is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans whole green chilies, drained, 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, 5 eggs, 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Slice chilies longways.
Put cheese into or on each chili.
Put in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Whisk eggs, milk and flour well and pour over stuffed chilies.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
