Chili Wraps
Chili Wraps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. each black, white and red pepper and few dashes of hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion in oil in large skillet.
Add beef. Cook until beef is brown or until done.
Season with peppers, hot sauce, chili powder, oregano, ketchup and garlic powder.
Place 1/8 of mixture in center of tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Fold over top and bottom edges.
Fold one side over filling, then other side.
Heat oil in skillet 1/2-inch high.
Fry tortillas folded-side down first.
Brown other side.
Drain and serve.
Good served with rice.
