Chili - Wanda's Way
Chili - Wanda'S Way is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with . beef (chili grind or chuck), c. dry pinto beans, onion (medium to large), c. bell pepper or more to taste* and . cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Soak and cook pinto beans until done, 3 to 4 hours.
Brown chili grind or chuck (chili grind is better, or buy a roast and have them run it through the coarse grinder).
Brown until the red is gone.
Drain fat.
Saute onion and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes.
Drain.
