Chili Verde

Fry meat until golden brown.
Pour unwanted grease out.
Saute onions and garlic with the meat. Add chilies, jalapeño, cumin, salt, water and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer until pork is done.
It's delicious with beans, rice and tortillas.
