Chili Verde
Chili Verde is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork steak, 2 large onions, 8 tbsp. flour, 6 c. water and 1/2 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut fat from steaks.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Fry pork until done.
Remove meat.
Fry onions until tender.
Make gravy with drippings, flour and water.
Return meat and onions to gravy with all other ingredients.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.
