Chili Tacos
Chili Tacos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, finely minced and 3/4 c. refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown ground beef.
Add green pepper, onion and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat and liquid.
Stir in seasonings, corn, hot pepper sauce, tomato sauce and refried beans.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir 2 or 3 times.
Serve with chips as a dip, or fill pita pockets and eat as a sandwich.
