Chili Success is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags instant rice, 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), 1 (6 oz.) c. mixed vegetables, sliced green onions and sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice according to directions on package.
In a large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice and vegetables.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer over low heat for 4 or 5 minutes.
