Chili Rice Dish
Chili Rice Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, garlic, chili powder, salt & pepper to taste, 1/2 - 1 can rotel tomatoes and 1/2 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat; drain.
Add salt & pepper.
Brown onion and garlic and add chili powder to taste.
Then add stewed tomatoes and RoTel tomatoes.
Next add raw rice; cover and simmer over low heat until rice is done.
Stir before serving.
