In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, melt butter.
Sprinkle chiles over butter.
Spread cheese over chiles.
In a bowl, mix buttermilk baking mix, eggs, salt and milk.
Pour over cheese. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
