Chili Rellenos Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. each: grated jack and cheddar cheese, 1 (7 oz.) can ortega whole green chiles, drained, 2 (5 1/3 oz. each) cans evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. flour and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Split open chiles.
Place over cheese; top with remaining cheese.
Gradually add milk to flour.
Blend well; add eggs.
Pour over casserole; cover and bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares.
