12-inch open and flattened chilies. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chilies.
In a separate eggs, evaporated and flour.
Pour mixture over cheese and chilies.
Bake for 40 minutes with 12 coals on and 9 coals on bottom.
After baking, cover top with Jack cheese and pour tomato sauce over cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes more with 12 coals on top and 6 coals on bottom.
