Chili Rellenos
Chili Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cheddar cheese, 1 lb. monteray jack cheese, 5-4 oz. cans whole green chilies, 1-4 oz. can evaporated milk and 1 lb. ground round, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line casserole dish with chilies face down.
Cook meat then put on top of that.
Next mix flour, milk, and eggs together and pour on top of cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 min. then take out and pour picante on top and bake for 15 min. more.
This can be put together the night before.
