Chili Rellenos
Chili Rellenos is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. flour, 4 1/2 c. grated cheddar and jack cheeses (more jack than cheddar) and 2 small (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat together and set aside the eggs, milk and flour.
Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Layer cheese, chilies and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until done. (Knife inserted comes out clean.)
