Chili Rellenos
Chili Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, 12 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 12 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 tbsp. milk (a little more, if needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer cheeses and green chilies in ungreased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine next four ingredients and pour over cheese and chilies.
Sprinkle remaining spices over top.
