Chili Pot Pie
Chili Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, onion, green pepper, 1 can chili hot beans and 1 can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
Drain.
Add the following: chili beans, corn, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Add Ro-Tel according to your taste, and tomato sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into large baking dish and top with a layer of sliced Velveeta cheese.
Top this with Mexican cornbread (mixed according to package directions).
Bake at 400Β° until cornbread is done.
