Chili Pie
Chili Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained, 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained, 4 eggs and 1 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 375Β° and butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix the chilies and mushrooms together and put on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix eggs together with milk and pour over cheese.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until brown around edges.
Cut into squares and serve on Ritz crackers.
