Lay chopped chilies in bottom of pan (approximately 7 x 11-inch, glass or Corning Ware).
Spread cheese on top.
Beat eggs with a whisk and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Cut in small pieces.
Serve warm or cold.
