Chili Pie
Chili Pie is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with c. corn chips, c. chopped onion, c. shredded colby or cheddar cheese and (15 oz.) can chili, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Layer 2 cups of corn chips, onion, 1/2 cup cheese and chili in a 1-quart casserole.
Top with remaining corn chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β° for about 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and continue baking 5 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream and ripe olives (optional).
