Chili Mac
Chili Mac is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 1/2 medium onion (i use flakes), 1 1/2 c. tomato juice, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook macaroni in boiling water with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Drain off liquid.
Meanwhile, brown beef and onion.
Add tomato juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder and cooked macaroni.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour into dish and serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
