Chili-Mac
Chili-Mac is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, broken up and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large kettle, cook ground beef, onion and celery.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato juice, kidney beans and seasonings.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions.

Garnish with spoonful of sour cream and green onions.
