Chili-Mac
Chili-Mac is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can tomato soup, 1 large can mexican style chili beans (i use 2 medium size cans) and 1 large can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat and onion in skillet.
Drain off grease.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili pepper.
Add tomato soup, beans and tomatoes.
Simmer.
Cook macaroni and add to meat mixture.
Simmer a while longer to heat through.
This makes quite a large amount.
