Chili Limas
Chili Limas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. dried large lima beans, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. chopped onion and 2 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak beans overnight.
Cook and season with bacon or ham hock. Cook until beans are done; drain and put in large casserole dish. Brown meat; add onion, pepper, garlic, salt and chili powder. Mix well; add tomatoes and sugar.
Pour over beans.
Mix lightly and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
