Chili(Good)
Chili(Good) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, 1 (14 oz.) can chili seasoned beans and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (no salt added), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
On medium-high heat, brown meat in large pot.
Drain and rinse to remove fat.
Meanwhile, chop onion.
Add onion to meat and stir under onions until tender.
Add remaining ingredients to pot and let the chili come to a boil.
Turn down heat.
Cover and let the chili simmer for 20 minutes.
Can also be frozen and reheated.
Makes 8 (1-cup) servings.
