Chili Egg Puff
Chili Egg Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese, 1 lb. jack cheese, shredded, 1 (4 oz.) can chiles, chopped and 1 medium jar picante sauce (optional topping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light (yellow color).
Add all ingredients, except chiles.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in chiles.
Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes or until top is brown and center will be firm. Spoon picante sauce on top.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
