Chili Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can chili with no beans, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1 to 2 jalapeño peppers to taste, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
