Chili Crack Corn
Chili Crack Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1/4 to 1/2 c. chili powder to taste, 3 to 4 (1 lb.) cans pinto beans, 3 to 4 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground meat.
Drain off excess fat.
In large gumbo pot, combine cooked meat and chili powder.
While on medium heat, stir in beans, tomatoes and water (to taste).
Bring to boil; reduce to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve over crumbled crackers and top with warmed corn.
