Chili Chow Wow
Chili Chow Wow is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, divided, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided, 16 oz. thick and chunky salsa or taco sauce, 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans and 1 c. light sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Reserve 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup of cheese.
In 2-quart baking dish, combine remaining corn chips, 1 1/2 cups cheese, salsa and chili.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread sour cream over top.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and border with reserved corn chips. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
