Chili Chicken
Chili Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed, 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) oz. cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cut into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat tomatoes and chilies, soups and Velveeta cheese until cheese is melted.
Add cubed chicken to cheese mixture.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer chicken and cheese mixture, layer of onion and layer of crushed Doritos.
Repeat layers, ending with a layer of chicken and cheese mixture.
Heat at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Can be put together the day before and heated the next day.
