Chili Bravo
Chili Bravo is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), 1 (16 oz.) vegetable or tomato juice, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 3 c. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained and 4 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice and onions. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in mixed vegetables. Cover.
Simmer an additional 4 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
