Chili-Beef Rolls
Chili-Beef Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. minced onion, 1 lb. ground round, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute ground meat and onions until meat is brown and onions are cooked.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, dry mustard, lemon juice and celery.
Simmer, stirring frequently, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
If necessary, add cornstarch and water to thicken.
Serve on grilled or toasted frankfurters rolls or hamburger buns.
