Chili Beans
Chili Beans is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 3 medium onions, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 lb. ground beef and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In Dutch oven heat oil, add onions and garlic, saute until tender, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Spoon off fat.
Add tomatoes, paste, chilies and seasoning.
Simmer, covered, over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 2 hours.
Add drained beans to chili.
Cook until heated through.
