Chili Beans
Chili Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion, 1 small bell pepper, 1 large can tomato sauce and 1 can italian style tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown hamburger and chopped pepper and onions.
Drain grease well.
In a crock-pot, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili dry mix.
Mix well.
Add hamburger mixture.
Simmer on low all day. One hour before serving, add drained kidney beans and pintos. Serve chili hot and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
