Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 chopped onion, 1 pkg. chili-o mix, 1 can brooks chili beans and 1 large can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain well; sprinkle Chili-O mix over meat and onion and stir it around.
Sprinkle some chili powder onto meat.
Stir in beans and simmer about 10 minutes. Gradually stir in tomato juice.
Simmer 30 minutes or longer. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
