Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small bud garlic or garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook beef in large kettle until it loses its red color.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and chopped onion.
Add tomato juice, water and chili seasoning; stir until dissolved.
Cook slowly, about 30 minutes, then simmer about an hour or two.
Add beans just before serving.
Do not cook with chili.
