Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. chili meat or ground beef (lean), 1 large onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat, add onion and garlic; stir until mixture becomes brown.
Add water.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cumin and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender and mixture has thickened.
