Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with ground meat, 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cans dark red kidney beans and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion.
Brown meat and drain.
Add tomatoes, sauce, beans, chili, garlic powder, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 to 2 tomato cans of water.
Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Add more tomato sauce and water, depending on consistency of chili as it simmers.
Add additional 1/4 cup of ketchup to deepen red color of chili.
